Amazing Iguazu

Hi there,

We have just been to see the falls at Iguazu and they were breathtaking. So beautiful and very loud! We had to really hold onto the rail as felt we were going to be sucked into the vortex! Well worth the 30 odd hours on a bus. Around the park was various animals as well and we saw this coatis (like a racoon) chasing a lady which was exciting! For a moment we did not see the animal and thought it might be a jaguar as there had been signs saying look out for the cats etc.

On the way back we were in an electrical storm which was amazing. Lots of flashes and rain. K thought the bus was going to be electrocuted!

We now have a night in Buenos Aires and then we are moving onto the farm in the Lake District area, down South.

I hope all your Christmas preparations are going well. Cannot believe it is nearly Christmas!

Love K and J xx

  1. Sounds so exciting, and a bit scarey too!! Such a long journey there, to the falls - delighted it was worth it! Let's hope you don't get one of those storms when you come to pitch your tent! Good luck with that, and with finding the farm. Take care, lots of love to you both xxx
